• Transaction details: products purchased, order and delivery information, and payment status. Card/UPI payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
• Communications: messages you send us via the website forms, WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Website usage data: cookies and similar technologies, device/browser information and pages visited, collected through analytics.

• To provide eye examinations, vision consultations and eyewear/contact-lens fitting.
