These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EVEN OPTICALS website and the products and services we provide, including eye examinations, eyewear and contact-lens sales, home eye tests, and corporate and school eye-screening camps in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
EVEN OPTICALS provides comprehensive eye examinations, prescription spectacles, sunglasses, computer and reading glasses, progressive and blue-light lenses, contact lenses, doorstep home eye tests, and corporate and school eye-screening programmes.
Requests submitted through our website forms, WhatsApp or phone are enquiries and are confirmed by our team based on availability. Please provide accurate and complete information so we can serve you well. You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us; for home visits and camps, reasonable notice helps us plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any prescription or details you provide. For certain products, such as contact lenses, we may require a valid and current prescription or an in-person/consultation check. Prescriptions have limited validity periods; we may recommend a fresh eye test where appropriate.
Brand names such as Ray-Ban, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Oakley, Vogue, Essilor, ZEISS, Hoya, Bausch + Lomb and Johnson & Johnson are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the products we stock. Product availability, specifications, colours and prices may change without notice.
Prices are as quoted in-store or on your home visit. Offers and promotions are for a limited period, are subject to their specific terms, and cannot be combined unless stated. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Home eye tests and free home delivery are available within our serviceable areas in and around Bengaluru. A complimentary home eye test may be offered with the purchase of a complete pair of eyewear; specific terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Contact lenses must be used and maintained as advised by our eye-care professional and the manufacturer. Improper use, poor hygiene or overuse can harm your eyes. Follow the recommended wear schedule and consult us or a medical professional if you experience discomfort.
Corporate and school eye-screening camps are arranged under a separate scope and schedule agreed with the organisation or institution, including headcount, timing and on-site requirements.
The content, design, logo and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to EVEN OPTICALS and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
